Position Overview
Blue Peak Facilities Management Group is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee assigned client locations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role serves as a key connection between our field teams, clients, and operations leadership.
The Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining Blue Peak service standards, conducting quality-control inspections, supporting field employees, resolving service issues, and helping ensure each assigned property receives consistent, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned Blue Peak client locations and field personnel.
- Conduct routine quality-control inspections and document results.
- Verify that contracted scopes of work are being completed properly.
- Coach and support Cleaning Technicians, Day Porters, Grounds Technicians, and other field employees.
- Assist with employee call-outs, coverage, and operational changes.
- Monitor attendance, uniforms, professional conduct, and service standards.
- Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective action.
- Respond professionally to service issues and operational concerns.
- Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives.
- Support employee onboarding and field training.
- Promote Blue Peak safety procedures and company standards.
- Use Blue Peak systems for inspections, reporting, scheduling, and operational documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel between assigned client locations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple locations.
- Dependable attendance and professional appearance.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of an operations team.
- Ability to use mobile and digital systems for reporting and communication.
Preferred Experience
- Facilities management or janitorial operations.
- Commercial property management.
- Retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Quality-control inspection experience.
Compensation
Starting at $21 per hour, approximately 40 hours per week, with eligibility for location and performance-based incentives.
